Q: How long does shipping take?
A: All orders are despatched and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Transit time takes an additional 3-7 working days

Q: What is my tracking number?
A: This is how you will be able to track your order. Your tracking number is sent to you via email and will be available 2-3 days after your order is placed. Please reach out if you haven’t received your tracking number 5 days after placing your order by contacting us at hello@calmapublic.com
Q: I've lost my tracking number. What can I do?
A: No problem! We are here for you! Simply contact us at hello@calmapublic.com with your full name and mailing address, this is for privacy purposes, and we will resend your confirmation number.
A: If you need to make changes to your order you will need to contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

A: You must contact us within 12 hours, and we will be happy to cancel your order. We are unable to cancel your order once it has already been processed and/or shipped.
